MCTM is a public voice of mathematics education, inspiring vision, providing leadership, offering professional development, and supporting equitable mathematics learning of the highest quality for all students.  The MCTM Board of Directors consists of elected and appointed members who volunteer their time to support MCTM. 

Each year, we are looking for educators who have a commitment to the organization to serve on the Board of Directors.  Serving on the Board is a significant commitment.  Board members have a variety of responsibilities and duties throughout the year.  This year, the MCTM Board is holding elections for the following officer positions (with term length):

President-Elect (4 year term)
Western Region Rep  (1 year appointed term, Election in 2022)
Eastern Shore Rep (1 year appointed term, Election in 2022)
High School Level Rep (3 year term)
Early Childhood Level Rep (3 year term) 
NCTM Rep (3 year term)
