Call for proposalsClassroom teachers, math coaches, administrators, math teacher educators, teachers-in-training, and math specialists are encouraged to reflect on this year's theme, From Standards to Student Success: Empowering Every Student for What’s Next, and submit a proposal to speak at this year's event. The deadline to submit your proposal is June 30, 2026. Lead presenters will be notified about the status of their proposal by August 1, 2026 and will be expected to accept their invitation to present and register to attend the conference no later than August 30, 2026.

Summer Academy

The MCTM Virtual Elementary Summer Academy will focus on the Maryland College and Career-Ready Standards, the pedagogy that supports the development of relational understanding, and strategies to support the inclusion of manipulatives and differentiation. Participants will engage in a variety of experiences related to teaching Operations and Algebraic Thinking, and Numbers and Operations- Fractions. Classes will run from June 22 - June 26 from 9 AM - 4 PM.
